Our form review process is simple and efficient! Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Record a video of your form from the side and from behind. Both angles are critical for a proper review.

Step 2: Upload your video to google drive, YouTube, or another platform that you can share a link. We are working on a system to upload directly in the future.

Step 3: Coach T will review your submission and provide detailed feedback to help you improve and achieve your goals. Coach will send you a link which contains your review.

Each form review purchase will include one video response from Coach T. Schedule a 1 on 1 if you would rather meet with Coach T for an hour where you can discuss form back and forth in live detail.

After purchase, you will be sent a Form to fill out which will allow you to insert the link for if you chose to upload your video to google drive, YouTube, etc, or if you have a zip file that you can upload with the video.

Reviews are typically completed each weekend. Please contact us if your review hasn't occurred within 7 days.
